Hey hey and happy Thursday gang! It’s been a hot minute since I shared a 3 Ways to Wear post with you guys so I figured it was time to hop back on that. Given the fact that spring is officially (and thankfully) less than one week away, I wanted to share a trendier item with you. Overalls have been pretty popular since the fall of 2017 and it doesn’t look like they’re going anywhere anytime soon. So if you haven’t yet and are wanting to hop on the overall trend this spring, I’ve got 3 ways you can dress up overalls for spring! I feel like there are so many cute and casual ways to style overalls out there so I wanted the challenge of trying to dress them up a bit for a change of pace. So let’s take a look, shall we? 🙂
Dress up Overalls for Spring: Look 1 – Simple and Chic
This first look is a simple and chic way to dress up overalls for spring. A simple spring sweater, classic open toed pumps, a sleek clutch, and a pair of sparkly earrings make for an effortlessly put together look. Pro tip: unlatching one side of your overalls is an easy and quick way to elevate any overalls outfit! 😉
Dressing up Overalls for Spring: Look 2 – Fun and Flirty
The second way I decided to dress up overalls for spring was in a fun and flirty way. I wore a cute, ruffly cold shoulder top, a pair of strappy heels, a dainty cross body, and some stylish earrings for a look that would be great for anything from date night to brunch with the gals.
Dress up Overalls for Spring: Look 3 – Bold and Sassy
This last look is a bold and sassy one for dressing up overalls for spring. I wanted to go for something with a little more of a “power” vibe to it so I decided to wear the white blazer. In order to keep things from getting too masculine, though, I decided to make things a little sassy by wearing a lacy black bralette in lieu of a normal top. I topped things off with some strappy black heels and a nice black bag and va-va-voom!
So there ya have it – 3 ways you can dress up overalls this spring for a different take on the trend! 🙂 Which of these do you like best or would you be most likely to wear? I think the first outfit is my favorite! I hope you all enjoyed this 3 ways to wear post and I can’t wait to start sharing more with you this spring! Thank you so much for reading today!
