Hello from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! I hope everyone’s week is off to a great start. I’m down at the beach with my mom for a few days and it’s so nice to have a sunny change of scenery. I’m still working while I’m here but a day of work at the beach is better than a day of work just about anywhere else. 🙂 And as a random side note, I’m kind of amazed at how much I’m missing Charlie and Aspen. We’re only apart for 4 days and it’s not like we’ve never spent time away from each other but I’m just missing them a little extra this trip, ha! I guess I must really like them. 😉
I feel like my style varies so much from season to season, especially from winter to spring. In the winter I tend to dress a little more chic and minimal but in spring I lean a lot more girly. On top of that, I’ve been trying to branch out with my style this spring by wearing a little more color and different textures. This pink ruffle top is such a girly spring top and hits on all of those things that are out of my comfort zone… but I kinda love it if I’m being honest.
This top unfortunately just sold out, but I left it linked up in case they restock it! In the mean time, I shared a few similar styles that I really love as well! I’m already wearing pink ruffles so I couldn’t go too crazy and girly so I decided to dress things down for a cute and casual everyday outfit. I paired it with a pair of lightly distressed straight leg jeans, simple white sandals and a white clutch.
You could totally go girlier with this if you paired it with white pants or jeans and espadrilles. You could also dress it up for work with a white or light blue pencil skirt and a pair of pumps or for a fun brunch or date night with a denim skirt or a white midi skirt. How would you be most likely to wear this girly spring top? There are clearly about a bajillion ways you could wear it!
