Good morning and happy Thursday lovely people! I hope you’re all having a wonderful week thus far. I’m at the beach with family and it couldn’t be better timing. Charlie and I are absolutely exhausted from this move so we’re loving some downtime with our family. Today marks the first day of August so in lieu of a normal Thursday blog post, I’m going to share a July Instagram roundup with ya! This includes my IG posts from last month that didn’t make it to the blog along with some of the outfits I actually wore out and about that didn’t make it to the blog or Instagram. Here it goes!
I finally found a one piece that works for tall gals. I’m 5’7″ and didn’t have a wedgie in this so I recommend it. 😛
Unfortunately this one sold out recently but you can find some other great long length options here
Hopped on the biker short bandwagon. They’re perfect for comfy but cute travel outfits!
I’m not one to travel in heels and skinny jeans so I wore a n o t h e r comfy but cute travel outfit. Because I did a lot of traveling… read: I’m currently in the midst of travels.
Visited Florida and made the decision to make it our new home.
Once again, I wore my fair share of hats last month. 😉
Went on vacation, put my out of office up and I was actually out. of. office. It was great! Ironic as I set here writing this blog post on vacation. 😛 But that’s only because I’ve been behind on work due to the big move coming up.
Put together some last minute outfits that ended up being my favorite of the month. Funny how it always works like that!
Tried out a new athletic wear brand, STRONGER, which is a big deal for me because I’m very loyal to the athletic wear brands I love. Happy to report STRONGER is now apart of that list! 😀
Wrapped up some house projects and officially put our house on the market. In the process, I realized that as excited as I am to move to Florida, I’m really going to miss mine and Charlie’s first house.
Went out to dinner at our all time favorite restaurant in PA for the last time. 🙁
Tried Itz Spritz for the first time and found a new delicious summer beach drink.
Left my hair straight a lot last month. It’s actually naturally straight, I just tend to curl it most of the time.
Put together a few fun flat lays to dress vicariously on days where I didn’t actually put on “real” clothes. 😛
Wore a tiny bit of color one day. 😛
Visited St. Simon’s Island, GA for a day and it has so much charm!
And that’s July in a wrap… it’s a super simplified version of July considering we spent nearly 40 hours of the month traveling via car, took 3 plane rides, decided to move almost 1,000 miles away, sell our basically new house. July was an absolutely insane month. 😛 But a great one! Here’s to August and the adventures it brings! Happy August to all of you lovely people! I hope it’s a good month!
