Hey hey and happy Thursday gang! And happy summer solstice! What’s everyone been up to this week? I’ve been running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get ahead on work so that I can enjoy our upcoming vacation. And of course there’s laundry and packing and blah blah. But the highlight of the week was definitely the LOFT Style Party on Tuesday! If you guys follow me on Instagram, you know I was SO stoked about it! And it was everything I hoped it would be! A bunch of awesome ladies got together and networked, shopped a little, snacked a little, and had fun together! Not a bad way to spend a Tuesday if ya ask me. And obviously I have to give a HUGE thank you to all of the amazing gals who came out and supported Chelsea (Organized Mess) and I and to LOFT for having us! It’s so cool to be a part of such a supportive community of ambitious and stylish ladies. 🙂

Franco Sarto so kindly wanted to collaborate with me, which blew my mind because, as I’ve mentioned before, I loooove Franco Sarto shoes! So getting to work with a brand that I already love and wear is pretty stinkin’ incredible! If I’m specifically seeking out a comfortable shoe, I immediately go to Franco Sarto. They’re shoes are seriously the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and they’re so STYLISH! I honestly feel like it’s super hard to find comfortable shoes that are stylish but Franco Sarto’s got your back on that one.
They sent me these suuuuper cute leopard print sandals to share with you guys and I’m actually really in love with them… and thinking you probably will be too. 🙂 They’re casual but sassy and I love that! So I styled them with a look that’s perfect for traveling, sight seeing, or weekend errand running… you name it! I wore a pair of distressed black denim shorts and this fun burnt orange short sleeve sweatshirt. Last week it was purple, Sunday was yellow, and today we’re wearing orange! Which, admittedly, I never thought was a good color for me, but I loved this burnt orange casual amazingness so I just decided to go for it. That’s always one of my biggest tips when it comes to fashion: as long as you believe you can wear it, then you can wear it. Take risks! Maybe a simple burnt orange short sleeve sweatshirt isn’t super risky, but you get the point.
I thought the shoes had a little bit of edge to them (maybe it’s the gold buckles? I dunno) so I carried a black satchel to keep things feeling a bit edgier. I accessorized with my favorite sunglasses and some fun pom pom earrings! I felt like the earrings were a perfect contrast because they kept things from feeling too edgy.
What do you guys think of these leopard print sandals? How would you style them? And is anyone else out there a big Franco Sarto lover? Wanna hear your thoughts! Hope you enjoyed the fun little look though! Until Sunday, friends!
