Good morning and happy Sunday you guys! I hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend so far. Yesterday, Charlie and I went into the city for brunch to catch up with some of our friends that we hadn’t seen in way too long! They bought a house in the city several months ago so we finally got a chance to see their new place and it’s great! It makes us even more antsy for our own place, hehe. Today I’m off to work and then hitting the gym with the hubby when I get home!
SWEATER, similar here, here, and here | JEANS | COAT, similar here and here | BOOTIES, similar here, here, and here | BAG (my exact color is sold out but I own it in grey as well and love it even more! also, it’s only $28.48!), similar here | EARRINGS, almost identical here and here | LIP COLOR
As I mentioned in Thursday’s post, we’re about a month away from spring now (thank goodness)! BUT, it is still fairly chilly here in the northeast so I thought I would share one last true cold weather look before I start getting into more spring transition outfits. It seemed appropriate to share my go-to winter whites and camel coat with you for this look. Winter whites are a great way to start that suuuper early spring transition. This is my go to winter white combo. I wear classic white skinny jeans with this ivory speckled roll collar sweater. The beige speckles in the sweater keep the outfit from looking too stark.
To bring out more of the beige in the sweater, I wore my taupe booties. And to keep things chic and light, I paired my favorite camel coat with my new ($28 steal!) camel circle bag. This is a super chic look so I kept accessories to a minimum with my gold disc drop earrings and my everyday lip color. Hope you enjoyed this outfit! I really loved it, if I’m allowed to say that about my own outfits, haha. Anyone else taunting springtime with winter whites?
